8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
The Clog Store CA operates through an international fulfillment network.
We have a physical operation in the United Kingdom and dispatch products directly from there. We also operate through our fulfillment location in Canada and work with suppliers in China, who may dispatch products directly to our customers.
Depending on product availability, inventory location, destination, logistics, carrier availability, and operational requirements, an order may therefore be fulfilled and dispatched from our physical operation in the United Kingdom, from our Canada fulfillment location, or directly from our suppliers and fulfillment partners in China.

Orders containing multiple products may be fulfilled separately and may arrive in more than one package.
Estimated shipping and delivery times are provided in our Shipping Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits cancellation, refund, or other rights that may arise under applicable consumer protection legislation because of delayed or failed delivery.
9. INTERNATIONAL FULFILLMENT
Because our fulfillment network operates across multiple countries, an order may travel internationally before being delivered to its destination in Canada.
Depending on the fulfillment origin, an order may be dispatched from the United Kingdom, Canada, or China.
Any applicable taxes, duties, customs charges, or similar amounts will be handled or disclosed as required by applicable law and our Shipping Policy.
10. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
The Clog Store CA provides a voluntary 30-day return policy for eligible products.
You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered, subject to the conditions contained in our Returns & Refund Policy.
Customers must contact us before returning any product.
